Bruno 5-string banjo Circa 1900

Bruno was a New York distributor who marketed a number of lines of banjos, including George C. Dobson's "Victor" line, the Manhattan line, the Tremont line, and his own Bruno line.  These banjos were probably made by the Buckbee Company or their successors, Rettberg & Lange, also in New York.  This is a nicely made banjo with good quality components.
