Unmarked Teed-style fretless 5-string banjo, Circa 1870
Although this banjo is unmarked, it is very similar in construction to early George Teed banjos, including Teed's early banjo resonator design. With its beautiful inlaid wood, pearl, and ivory designs, it is a wonderful piece of folk art from the minstrel period.
