Majestic tenor banjo Circa 1920's

Not much is known about Majestic banjos, other than the fact that a patent for the banjo and its archtop tonering was issued in 1920 to Gaetano F. Puntolillo (thanks to Mike Holmes of Mugwumps for this info).  Puntolillo had offices initially in New York, and later in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.  This is a high quality instrument, as were all Majestic banjos, with considerable pearl inlay work.  For more information go to http://www.majesticguitars.com/History.html
